Awarded as finalist at the 1st corporate accelerator contest in Japan, my 1st startup project started with supports from Gakken and 0→1Booster, including writing marketing proposal of the project and monetizing plan, which planned to merge to Gakken corporation’s growth plan for the next 5-10 years, with adopting and strengthening the new ICT educational platform to expand over Asia. The concept art was dedicated by Timothy Klanderud, Concept Artist.
Research project with Prof. Yamaguchi to launch and startup an EdTech business in SaaS model. As a project lead, I gathered team members, led and continued the project, with ideation of the concept for art education and digital automation of concept art and design, hearing, marketing strategy and planning, prototyping a landing page of the demo product/service, creating a customer journey map and information architecture, A/B test, and final presentation.
Joining the project, funded by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation, and Tourism of Japan, receiving the marketing analysis of about 500 merchants and stores around Kyushu. Based on raw data, cleaning data, creating various types of graph, and creating a proposal for a new digital service for JTB, to pave the advertisement platform and infrastructure for foreign travelers, with creating a next 5 years growth plan of JTB, aiming toward Tokyo Olympic 2020.
As a founder, producing an educational game hardware and developing a software, with filing patents internationally, developing business collaboration with local startups in Fukuoka City, foreign corporations and institutions. Collaboration with UCSF medical professors, Zaha Hadid Architects Lead Architect, and Neurology Professor at Kyushu Institute of Technology for retrieving neuron data to develop a game for stimulating cognitive skills. Performing presentation at business contests and foreign startup pitching events, such as Slush Helsinki, Fukuoka City's & Singapore MOU event, Shark Tank, etc.
